indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and
wrap the package securely.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY.
The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item refunded will be £2.00. We
will replace the faulty item with an identical item or refund back to a credit
card if the item is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is
only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods

Refunds
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full
refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and
processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only
refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange goods unless they are received faulty or the
wrong item is received incorrectly.
